He was not "reinstated." He was appointed to fill out the term. However, they could have kept him out as he had been expelled. Since the speaker allowed it, he should resign.

He complained that the action of the Tennessee Legislator silenced his constituents, I say his child like antics silenced all the other Representatives constituents throughout the state.
ReplyDeleteI had read somewhere that what they did was not allowed per the Tennessee constitution, but I am not certain of that fact. If so, the Speaker and others should have forced the issue.
