Not quite how it happens on TV, huh?

A man accused of stealing a California Highway Patrol cruiser died Tuesday afternoon after throwing himself from the vehicle as he was being chased by authorities in the Antelope Valley, authorities said.

  1. My friend, 'Steve' grew up in LA. Best fun, he said, was ride his 750 around, he and a friend, find ANY cop writing a ticket, heckle said cop till he blows up, jumps back in the car, and starts chasing them. Simple game, run through 4-5 gears, (100+ mph), left turn, repeat 4-5 gears, right turn, repeat process 4-5 times, have to go find cop....
He said if they'd ever caught us, he's sure they'd killed them.
    Ahhhh, youth..
    LMFAO

  2. A few days ago, a thief stole a truck in Corvallis OR., fled from the cops, crashed the truck, jumped in a river to get away and drowned. Nice when they make another bad choice and pay the ultimate price, of course many comments spewed the usual shouldn't be sentenced to death, should be sorry for him, etc.
