BROOKLYN - A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection to a broad daylight shooting that left a 17-year-old boy dead in Brooklyn, the NYPD said.
From what I can see in the video at the link, that shot was pure luck on the part of the killer. He jerked the gun up, closed his eyes and glanced away as he pulled the trigger.
