The Ventura County Fentanyl and Overdose Crime Units (VCFOCUS) arrested a 15-year-old boy from Oxnard after he allegedly sold drugs to an undercover officer that he met through an online drug marketplace he was operating.
"Due to the boy’s age, he was arrested and released to his guardian." Who is the real drug dealer here; the kid is just the front man doing all the leg work.
Who gets paid to come up with the names these police goon squads use? VCFocus? sounds like a movie about Nam. Did somebody lie awake at night wracking their brain praying to God to think up a snappy moniker for the new taxpayer funded drain on finances.
He was working to pay for his Harvard tuition
