Amiracle Morgan, 17, faces charges of sexual battery and rape. Her mother, Raven Morgan, has also been charged by police, after she allegedly brought a group of kids to beat up others who spoke to police.
Columbus Police Chief Joseph Daughtry revealed how the teenager allegedly performed sex acts in front of a group of children on Mother's Day.
