    No streaking at all. Pure white, even UNDER the protruding ledges. Looks more like somebody did that with a paintbrush. Take a look at any statue that has had birds dumping on it for years. How the city was named sounds like a bunch of B.S. from the city tourist bureau. (bullshit, not birdshit)
