So far, Biden’s only plan has been for Congress to simply increase it into perpetuity or else threaten to default, never bothering to address the dismal fiscal outlook facing the nation, even as regional banks continue to fail because of the unsustainable burden caused by taking on U.S. treasuries — a problem that will only grow as the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) projects the national debt will rise to $50.7 trillion by 2033.
I have confidence that all of these feral assholes will make the easiest and most incorrect decision possible.
ReplyDeleteDemocrats are planning for a default.

Delete"That's what they want: destroy the country."
An issue of, by, and for, the cosmopolitan (globalist? transnationalist? post-humanist?) Federal Reserve. And it's squealing parasites. Endangers -- in any way -- a country they colonize.
Well, that's a... take.
Do you remember who it was that completely destroyed the traditional and constitutionally required budget process? That would be Barak Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in the early years of the Obama administration, when the federal debt was around $11 trillion and the 'continuing resolution' crap started. Since then we've been on a rocket ship ride to hell.
ReplyDeleteThe Democrats turned tax and spend into spend, tax and print money. With a little help from their 'good friends' across the aisle.
Fuck Joe Biden!
ReplyDeleteFuck the FED!
Fuck the OMB!
Fuck Congress!
Fuck them ALL!
You cannot borrow your way out of debt and bankruptcy......
$50 trillion? I can't even.

Supposed to be some bad news for the Biden's Wednesday, i sure hope so
ReplyDeleteyup. more than a few friends have been asking me about this stupid shit.
ReplyDeleteafter 2008, I pulled any money I had out of stocks and banks. I had 3 different bank accounts
back then. and ever since I have being putting any extra (?) cash into "stuff"
bought this place in the hills, and dump a fair bit of money making it better. like 2 wood stoves and other little things. I buy as much as I can every time we go food shopping down in town. I figured canned goods will last as long as needed. I do have some freeze dry food
but I keep those in backpacks in the truck- get home bags.
the problem is that most people don't have a months worth of food on hand. most have maybe 2 weeks worth ?. or even a good water filter. they might have a few extra rolls of TP
in the house. again maybe. but they have a big flat screen TV or a ATV or a damn boat
there is a Marine down the road from me, great guy. he bought himself a HD motorcycle
last summer. like 15-16 grand easy. I asked if he had a food stored up, he goes, ah,,,,,
I told him if he come up here saying he starving to go lick his chrome bits on his bike !
he has since put in some shelfs and started stocking them with canned food.
this time around is going to be a lot worse. people do not know how to grow food. or even how to store/can it. the dollar is going the way of the Riechmark did back in the late 1920's
plan on it. remember the big 3, food ,shelter and medical. here a fun fact. between 2020 and 2022. over 60 million weapons/guns where sold in this country.
so, your average city living asshole might not have any food stashed away, but there is a good chance they are armed. and when the dollar does go under, a lot of them will be looking for something to eat. as money will be worthless, plan on them using force to get what they want. just saying. dave in pa.

Yes, Herr Stein! Fire. Bad!
Anon @1223
ReplyDeleteHaven't a clue what you're saying, but if you think Dave's wrong, show your work. 99% of people I know have virtually NOTHING on their shelves. And if you think they're not gonna be looking for food, if/when this roller coaster comes off the rails, you're totally delusional, or have no understanding of what hunger does to a human being.
a very long time ago, we gave some c-rations to a kid inside the firebase.
Deleteafter he left, a group of "men" attacked him for it . we where told to stand down as we wanted to fire them up. they beat that little kid almost to death for the c-rats.
never forgot that bit. and remember black Friday sales ? people fighting over a Tv or toaster ? image what they will do for the last can of baked beans.

Only time I ever saw men scrap for food was after the ceasefire on the MSR to Bahgdad; we'd save all the pork MREs for the Iraqis (As Cav, we appreciated irony) and lob MREs to them when we could. Well, we hit this one spot- one MP lazily "guarding" about 50 Iraqi POWs. We started throwing those MREs, and all hell broke loose. They were punching, kicking, and dogpiling-I'd guess they were a couple of days out from food, and then they rushed my truck. AR up and in Hajjis face for a quick reminder in backpedaling. I have NO illusions about what hungry, desperate people will do, and I prep accordingly.
DeleteAnybody remember the plan Newt Gingrich came up with to reduce all aspects of the Federal Govt. by 1 cent on the dollar.....one fucking penny....to reduce the deficit?....he had it figured out that it would bring solvency in 10 years I believe it was at that time....I remember the fucking democrats (a gesture of kindness towards them....they are much worse than just fucking democrats) were dead against it....
