#10-Machines like that fascinate me. Chicken wire looks so simple, but the mind to devise that was brilliant. Also love to see the underside to see what's going on with those two 1/2 round wire feeders that allows them to move and still spin. Like I said, brilliant.
Besides the guy(s) who think up stuff like that I also have the utmost admiration for the guys in the tool room who can bring the designer's wacky ideas to a working reality.
Over a hundred years ago, guy invents the machine to trim and core pineapples. Think those machines are still in use? “ In 1911 James D. Dole hired Henry G. Ginaca to design a machine to automate the process. As fruit dropped through the Ginaca machine, a cylinder was cut to proper diameter, trimmed top and bottom, and cored. ”
The sheep stuck with his head in a fence panel: I once had a calf get his head stuck in a lawn chair. It was a neat trick to get it off of him while he was out in the field. You had to be quick, I'll tell you.
#10 - I'd really like a chance to study that machine and see how it all works. Chicken wire, woven wire, screening - I've always wondered how it's manufactured.
#! That guy does a metric ton of really, really, really, really stupid stunts. Most involve crushing his nuts. Going through life fat, drunk and stupid................
She passed the obstacle, although I think in my Air Force boot camp they would deduct points for a poor landing. OTOH, would the Marines teach you to do it that way - get over the obstacle fast and hit the dirt before the enemy shoots you?
