Merrick Garland’s J6 Juries Prove Durham’s Point: Conservatives Can’t Get A Fair Trial In D.C.

Special Counsel John Durham breached neither ethics nor etiquette when he highlighted the difficulty of obtaining a conviction in a politically charged case when the jury holds opposing partisan views. He merely stated the reality on the ground in D.C.-area federal courts. And by his own actions prosecuting the J6 defendants solely in the nation’s capital, Attorney General Merrick Garland has confirmed that assessment by proving the corollary: Criminal cases against individuals viewed by the local populace as political pariahs make for easy convictions.

  1. TINVOWOOT! The cheat is baked in the cake, "yeah we cheated, what are you going to do about it?" There will never be another fair and honest election without cleaning house. Trump won in '20, Kari Lake won in '22. The charges haven't been thrown out of court, the courts just refuse to hear them. Judges are either crooked or afraid for their lives. DOJ is run by a little limp dick but that limp dick has the full weight of a corrupt FBI behind him. Oh, and don't forget...Fuck Joe Biden!

That only makes sense if you're insisting there ever could be. That there ever was.

      "TINVOWOOT!"

  2. Proud Boy just got an 18 spot. This guy's conviction for seditious conspiracy is gonna lead to Trump spending his final days in jail. The problem and evidence has been presented, but as far as I can ascertain there is no solution. You can't vote your way out of tyranny and an armed revolution is sheer fantasy.

  3. I have to agree. I am also a two time Trump voter. The only reason he won in '16 is that he wasn't taken seriously so the democrats didn't go all in on the cheat. They won't make that mistake again. I'm 72. All I can hope for now is for the bottom not to fall out until I leave planet earth.
