MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A shootout in Southeast Shelby County over the weekend landed a homeowner behind bars, but a handful of suspects are free after they allegedly tried to steal his car.
The incident began just past midnight Saturday morning at a home on Blue Lake Lane after 40-year-old Victor Luna’s security system alerted him that motion was detected in his driveway.
Closed his eyes and fired? What a girly boy. Stupid too.

ReplyDeleteThere are compelling arguments about you shouldn't need a license to exercise a right but it would be in your own self interest to know what's legal and what's not. shooting up the neighbors house- not good. Where I live, you cant shoot folks for stealing your car if its not in a garage attached to your house and no one is in it.
ReplyDeleteIf he had been a cop they would have called him a brave hero first responder and given him officer of the year.
ReplyDeleteNYC and NYPD did that for the two asshole cops that wounded nine people in the street when they fucked up the arrest of a man who had just shot and killed someone on the sidewalk. First the news and officialdom blamed the wounded on the killer but it soon was revealed that he hadn't fired a shot except the one that killed his victim. The two asshole cops got a tongue bath from the pres and their superiors.
