Definitely a real woman. Only a real woman would be so obsessed with appearance that she'd habitually slather on layers of makeup. The insecurity of showing her real face is real, I'm telling you. It doesn't matter to her that the face she's showing is obviously fake and frankly hideous, the insecurity is more powerful.
Also obviously desperately in need of a mental health intervention, to such a degree that I'm morally certain she's homeless. Makes me wonder who in her life destroyer her confidence so thoroughly. Certainly her father, boyfriend, husband, pimp, or some such.
Perhaps she identifies as a raccoon?
