10, 11,and 12....great music, great years!
ReplyDeleteSrsly? Why did I think One Toke was by Three Dog Night?
ReplyDeletePretty cool looking at the titles of so many songs and being able to " Hear " at least Some of it. IDK any Modern music and the Classic station seems to have about fifty songs that we've all heard till shooting the radio seems reasonable. Ahh, the wife told me she heard Levitating. I listened. It would have made that list in 71, too.
Thanks for that little trip down memory lane.
The single best time of my life was spending summers in the early 70s at the swimming pool with my friends and girlfriends while these very songs were blasting over the loudspeaker.
ReplyDeleteI knew those were special times and I appreciated every bit of them.
All great music great time to be growing up
ReplyDeleteThe bad news is that I can sing along to a lot of them . . .
ReplyDeletei was just thinking that same thing
DeleteI would have listened to Dragging the Line and Cherokee Indian Reservation.
ReplyDeleteWhat AM radio was all about
ReplyDeleteDaryl
But, the better stuff was on FM.
ReplyDeleteSigh... I remember ALL of those!
ReplyDeleteI want to go back!
