  2. Back in my hand lettering/sign painting days, I could knock out a decent script. Not as quick through.

  4. I've got a smaller version of #9. Too many jobs and not enough hands is why I got it. Had to hold things together with one hand and use the drill with the other. Works pretty awesome. Mine was made by Senco.

    1. I've had a Senco for more than 20 years. Will be using it tomorrow on a new subfloor I'm helping to install.

  7. #5 is a very nicely restored 1934 Packard sedan. The engine could be either a straight-8 or a V-12. The Packard motto: "Ask The Man Who Owns One"

    1. In 1987 I bought a travel trailer from a man that owned a Packard very similar to that. I think his was a straight 8. When he gave me the tour I peeked in the back door and it seemed like the back seat sat 15 feet behind the back of the front seat. It was amazing.

It's funny, I ever remember that couple's name after more than 35 years. Dick and Mary Lamb. They were great people.

    2. I believe I saw that one at Hilton Head Concours a few years ago when my dad was showing his 26 Caddie. The Packard was PERFECT. (And the cars of those days that survived were examples of Really Rich Men's automobiles. REALLY REALLY nice examples of comfort for the day).. Most of 'em are like 14 feet wheelbase and 25 feet long. The car shown is likely worth about $2.5 Million today.

#5 looks like a 30's Rolls Royce. Nice!
#9 - I own a Senco screw gun very much like that. Love it!
