Penny, 24, was captured in videos recorded by bystanders putting Neely in a chokehold from behind for several minutes on May 1 while they rode on an F train in Manhattan.
Neely's death drew national attention and sparked protests in May by those angered by the police's delay of more than a week in arresting Penny, who is white, with killing Neely, who is black.

My God, the leftist Daily Mail forgot to capitalize the word 'black' in the third paragraph. Heads are gonna roll over that.
Well, if all of the law enforcement that exists in NYFC did their jobs, and the courts did theirs as well, we civilians wouldn't be forced to take matters into our own hands. For example; was Dead Guy on parole or probation? If he was, then TPTB knowingly released a dangerous criminal upon the population and therefore are the culprits in this fiasco. If they couldn't forsee this happening, releasing criminals on parole or probation should never happen, as they are gambling with peoples lives, and should be held accountable for all actions of the parolee.

Dead guy was well-known to police and social services as a raving nutter and a danger to the public.
DeleteI’m sure subway random violence by mentally ill, drug addicted creeps will decline now. I’m sure of it.
ReplyDeleteAlso, erf is flat.
As alvays, Have nice day.
Any comment that I make , black or african is not capitalized. White is.

DeleteMore proof that in 2023 America if the color scheme fits the agenda No good deed goes unpunished.
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame that nowadays people are indicted for taking out the trash.
ReplyDeleteDon’t forget, a woman had her 14 year old son shoot a black man to death, and had all charges dropped!
ReplyDelete(Oh yeah, she was black. So it’s ok)
😳
Neely needed to die!
ReplyDeleteJury nullification….
ReplyDeleteEd357
It will be a curiously tan jury from New York.
DeleteMy understanding is that the "victim" was taken to a hospital where he subsequently died.
ReplyDeleteThat is correct.
DeleteHope those people that were on the train testify for Penny. I would.
ReplyDeleteback in 1991 or 92 started working 3rd shift at the hospital of Penn, or HUP as they called it.
ReplyDeletewell, tried taking the subway a few times- not good. after 10 pm you find people who have no other way to get home and perverts and crooks on it. used to keep my Sig Sauer p226 in my carry bag. anyway, one night before I gave up on the train/subway. I was in a car with maybe 4-6 people in it. a group of "youths" came in the far door. making noise and fucking with people. I pulled my gun out and checked the magazine and put it back in.
the youths left and a black couple moved closer to me in the car. we smiled and said hi to each other. they got off when I did too. I started taking my car after that though.
it wasn't worth the hassle to take the subway. dave in pa.
