Hunter Biden was a member of an elite Los Angeles sex club but was kicked out for being a 'scumbag,' the club's founder has reportedly claimed.

    Wait. How did 'city officials' get included on that list? I thought city officials were just honest, hardworking public servants doing the Peoples work. Now I find out they're members of an exclusive sex club for Hollywood's elite? I'm so confused.

    "Scumbag" is one of the more disgusting epithets to me ever since I asked a cop in the '60s what it meant.

    He said "think about a used rubber."

    And yes, often highly descriptive, as in this case.
