QUEENS - A 65-year-old man shot and killed an armed suspect man who attempted to rob him in Queens, according to the NYPD.

The man is in police custody being questioned. He has no arrest record and police said he does not appear to have been affiliated currently or previously with any law enforcement.
He, like Daniel Penny is fucked. But the vine swinging criminals with illegal guns get a pass because they fit the NYC Liberal "All blacks are victims" narrative.
Not just the cops , just democrats in general but it is a case by case . It is the hope and change needed if they are to rule. If the perp can be useful in the future they aren't prosecuted. If they aren't useful and or a republican then the book is thrown.
