SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Video shows newly-installed barricades torn down and destroyed less than one month after being put up along four blocks of Capp Street to deter alleged sex work and trafficking operations.
Government couldn't organize a spaghetti dinner if their lives depended on it. And is San Fran really so worried about prostitution, rather than the city falling apart? Grow up and tackle real criminals.
So, the Immutable Law of Unintended Consequences strikes again??!! We in flyover country, if consulted, could have predicted this, but the SF Deep Thinkers have done it again.
It took month?!.?
