A sailor who posts videos caught on film when his boat was struck. The bolt left a big exit hole below the waterline. He jumped into the water, at night, while the storm still raged, and an annoying shark wanting to take a bite out of him. But he staunched the water coming in well enough to slowly sail to a haulout (engine wouldnt start).
Aside from the forever gremlines in the electrics the boat is fine.
