DOJ warns Texas against using buoys in Rio Grande to stop migrants

The Justice Department on Friday warned Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott that his administration's use of ballards -- or buoys -- in the Rio Grande to stop migrants could bring legal action.

"The State of Texas's actions violate federal law, raise humanitarian concerns, present serious risks to public safety and the environment, and may interfere with the federal government's ability to carry out its official duties," the letter obtained by ABC News says.

  2. "The Environment"
Anyone else see the mountains of garbage & feces the illegal border invaders leave behind?
Yeah, I'm sure that's a concern of the likes of the Biden crime family.

  3. 'serious risks to public safety' -- only if you're trying to swim from one country to the other.
'humanitarian concerns' -- i don't have any of these, the DoJ shouldn't either.
'violate federal law' -- which federal law?
' interfere with the federal government's ability to carry out its official duties' -- like preventing unauthorized immigration?

    Try again you idiot.

  4. and may interfere with the federal government's ability to carry out its official duties

I suppose it might, if the federal government chose to carry out its official duties.

  5. "people trying to reach safety" -- that would only apply to Mexicans, e.g. people who've only crossed one international border. But it wouldn't either because Mexicans could easily walk to the closest US Embassy in Mexico and apply for a visa. I'm sure it would be a shorter walk than Texas/Arizona, New Mexico, or California.

  7. To be more inclusive, they are now called buoys and guorrls.....oh, and the near bank has been mined and registered with interlocking fields of fire from fixed MG's. Twenty bucks for a half hour stint, maximum limit twelve hours per day and 5000 rounds. Frequent firer points gets two hours of grenade launcher, only for groups of three or more undocumented invaders. Bonus rules: climate road gluers have no bag limit, traverse locks may be disabled.....but only if you throw the carcases into the river afterwards.

    1. Quad fifties on towers every 1/4 mile with razor wire twenty feet tall and 50 feet deep strung between.

I was watching a news program last night on TV. Can't remember if it was Newsmax or ABC national as they were reporting on the floating barrier. They showed "some poor unfortunate "migrant"" who had to be stitched up after his "encounter" with razor wire. The horror.

The f*cking nerve of these people defending these invaders makes my blood boil.

Not to mention that it was some Texas Ranger "whistle blower" who was alleging mistreatment of invaders that brought this all to head. That guy should be found and assigned to cleaning latrine shit boxes with his bare hands until he's eligible for retirement.

Abbot's got the right idea. "Come and take it Fed.Gov." In the mean time he should continue stringing more razor wire on both sides of the barrier to make it more difficult for Fed.Gov to remove the barrier and for the invaders to make it safely across.

Then, when the Border Patrol or some other agency removes the barrier, film it and put it on Twatter for all to see.

I don't understand why Abbot or his AG isn't suing the shit out of Biden for failure to defend the border. He's already declared an invasion.

I've said for a long time what's needed is a "no mans land" on our Southern border. Big signs warning about the buried mines; and leave the remains of those who didn't heed the warnings. It would reduce the illegal flow by 99.9%!

  11. I kind of agree. We should be using bullets, not buoys.

  12. Hell, King Barack Hussein sued Arizona for enforcing the law. Yeah, the Rs are no prize package but you have to be pretty stupid to think the Ds give a rat's ass about the United States.

    1. Pssst. Hey pal, illegal aliens, not immigrants.

Example: immigrants came legally through Ellis Island. Alieans come over the wire.
