Rayanna Belle Brock, 23, has been arrested at least 11 times for offenses ranging from shoplifting in March 2018, to terror-related crimes in 2020, and stealing a firearm in January 2023.
Social media profiles of her name say she attended East Kentucky University (EKU) before working as a consultant.
