When the power goes out, having a means to boil water and cook is important. My neighbours and I have propane BBQs with extra tanks for that reason. Is that moss on the roof? Al_in_Ottawa
Damn nice set up sans the water. I am undecide in regard to building a pit like that or getting a wood burning side smoker. I think I could eat brisket every day. Next in line is ribs. I found a huge beef farm near me and get all my meat from them. It's top quality. Any order over three hundred bucks is delivered free, unfrozen, to my door.
off hand, I say that was England. there has been a lot of flooding over there.
ReplyDeleteSmoking herring
DeleteNot likely to get electrocuted cooking that way.
ReplyDeleteI admire his commitment to BBQ !!!!
ReplyDeleteIf the flooding took out his homes power, he's a real family hero feeding them. Impressive anyway you look at it.

ReplyDeleteThe feds shut that amish farm down.
DeleteI did a reverse image search on that. Couldn't definitavely nail down its source - but I'm kinda leaning towards it originating in the Balkans.
ReplyDeleteGuess it's somewhere the gators don't swim about.
