It was a walk-in gun safe. Now it is just another walk-in closet after the door had to be pried open. That is one expensive light that was installed. I hope it at least works correctly.
Had a friend that had the entire area under his front porch, about 5'x25' as his gun safe. It was a concrete porch so he had the contractor put a hole in the foundation for a door into that space. Said it only added about $1500 to the cost of the house. Got a safe door from Browning. The only flaw in his plan was that he had to show it to everyone because he was so proud of it.
A "walk-in-gun-safe". Think about that a moment. Let the jealousy flow over you.

Well it IS Oklahoma. It's pretty much mandatory around here since we own about a third of all firearms ever manufactured.
DeleteMust not have been a good safe if it could be pried open. Then again at least he had a safe.

Couldn't he have just shot the lock off like they do in the movies?
ReplyDeleteNot much of a safe if the fire department can pry the door open.
