    3. I go with the Yugo story for the "Annoying mouse" jokester.

    4. A 25 hp Briggs and Stratton v twin engine swap doubles the Yugos power. Maybe more.

    1. Speaking of fathers and sons, did you hear President Biden is vacationing? He's renting Tom Steyer's home at Lake Tahoe and will be joined by his son Hunter and Hunter's son Beau.

It's wonderful when fathers and sons can spend quality time together, isn't it?

    2. I looked it up, Tom Steyer is a climate investor... that is a good reason to ignore the last 10,000 of earth temps, been a lot of money made off the "man made warming" public relations campaign.

      >>Thomas Fahr Steyer is an American climate investor, businessman, hedge fund manager, philanthropist, environmentalist, and liberal activist.<<

    3. Steyer got rich off of the sale of 'dirty' Canadian tar sands oil to the ChiComs. His hedge fund Farallon was attempting to ramrod the building of a second pipeline from Alberta to the port of Vancouver for the express purpose of it being shipped to China, last I could find out. His Wiki page conveniently leaves that part of his story out.

That was just before he saw the light, jumped on the Green Energy band wagon, hosted a fundraiser for Hillary at his bay area home and thought about running for president.

A phonier, bigger hypocrite has never existed. Which is really saying something for a billionaire Democrat climate activist.

  5. #2 and #5 - Not sure if this applies to these instances, but I find the modern epidemic of blacks on bikes to be nothing less than terrifying.
#3 - I've seen worse haircuts done on purpose.
#6 - Get used to it, little buddy. Karens in the classroom, Karens in HR, Karens everywhere.
#7 - Now if we could just train the Zoomers to do the same without spraying the floor...

  8. #10 - in the early 70s we did that at what we called "Access 5" at Mayport, FL. right next to the fence at Navy housing. Anyway, there used to be some decent sand dunes there. We would go the top and roll downhill hill and try to make it to the water. We hardly ever made it as the dunes were bumpy and we would go flying out halfway down. It also helped if you were a little bit drunk and/or stoned. Just. A. Little. Bit.

  9. #3 My grandson did this about this kids age, the first time he got left with us while his folks went on a carribean trip. My wife was out shopping so I was "In Charge" and thus knew I was dead when she got back. So the military taught me to adapt so I got the clipper and cut off my hair also and told her and my son we were playing barber and we couldn't just get the style just right.... My grandson is 16 now and still remembers me covering for him. He has the pic of the 2 of us with really cut up hair.

    1. That's a cute story.
One of the best episodes of Leave it to Beaver was when he cut his own hair because he lost his haircut money. It was funny as heck.

  11. #3. In the summer of 1967, my little brother and I got money from mom for haircuts because we didn't like the "burr" haircuts my Dad gave us. I convinced my brother we could give each other a haircut and pocket the money for candy.

When I finished his haircut, he was not too appreciative of the patchwork quilt of hair on his head. When he said, "your turn", I politely declined. I gave him a stocking hat to cover his head before mom came home from work. Upon her arrival, she ordered my brother to take off the hat because it was too hot to wear it. As he shook his head adamantly in defiance, she snatched it off his head.

To this day, I don't know if her shriek was one of horror or laughter as she quickly covered her mouth. She was pretty cool about it because she quickly loaded us in the car and escorted us to the car AND SHE NEVER TOLD DAD!
