  3. Nah! The best way to prepare shrimps is the tapas way: with garlic, parsley and dried chili in olive oil and a drizzle of lemon juice in a small terracotta bowl over fire... there's nothing tastier!

      I'm not Cajun, but did have one marry into the family. Shrimp étouffée is hard to beat, but your recipe sounds really good, too.

  6. Emeril's Bam spices to cook them blackened and swimming in garlic and butter for scampi are my two favorite ways to cook shrimp. I have over 20 ways to put shrimp on the table. My niece and her husband swear my shrimp and cheese grits are the best they ever had.
