and I stopped drinking myself. started putting more cash into getting more canned food on the shelfs downstairs instead. but I do understand why drinking has picked up. image looking around and finding out that THIS is the best you ever going to see and be ? there are 2 of the worse clowns in the white house and god only knows who running the country now. add in the fact that the dollar is dropping like a rock, and the ones you have are worth less every day now. why not get drunk or stoned ? really there not a lot of hope out there these days. dave in pa.
Given the clown world we live in, is it any wonder? I know my drinking has increased dramatically the past few years.

ReplyDeleteI'm 63 so I don't think I count as middle-aged anymore. I don't refer to it as "binge drinking". It's just getting more done in less time.
