Reality Defeats the NATO Narrative
To the surprise of absolutely no intelligent observer, the much-vaunted Ukrainian “offensive” that didn’t even manage to reach the first Russian line of defense has proven to be a failure of catastrophic proportions. So catastrophic that even the US intelligence agencies are now publicly admitting that the Kiev regime cannot win the war no matter how much help it receives from NATO:

Surprise, surprise, surprise! Breaching operations are complex hard, requiring coordination - something Ukes are not up to. And they're going up against defending *Russians*?!? Those boys have that doctrine down, with repeated practice. Lessons learned from Napoleon, Germans, and others. Offensive operations are hard, you need NCO's, good officers, good logistics, but defensive? "Here Ivan, guard this trench." (yes, I know it isn't that simple, but..."
ReplyDeleteMaybe it will all fall apart by fall or winter and it will stop so many people getting killed.
Where is the Russian barb wire?
Deletethey're complex, hard, and SLOW. idiots on our side are like "what you're not done yet?" like this is a movie of the week and it should be over in 45 minutes.
Deletethese things take time. they've breached the 2nd and 3rd line in a few places, and they just started committing troops held in reserve for breakthoroughs to the breaches yesterday. they moved the Challenger tanks to Bakhmut on thursday, and the only armor the russians can muster to go against them are T-54's with no gunsights or radios. 100mm guns from the T-54's won't even dent the armor on a challenger.
they're also holding back 80+ Leopard 1's waiting to move them into place for offensive action.
it won't break today or tomorrow. it will soon though. but when it breaks it will be a rout. we'll find out exactly how fast a drunk orc can run.
Shocker. If you've been paying attention then you'd know it was never a war. It is a fine and dandy laundromat however.
ReplyDeletewell the russians never called it a war, but they've lost 17 times the casualties that they lost in afghanistan. the afghan war was 9.5 years. this has been 541 days.
Deletecall it what you like, but the russians are running out of bodies to throw into the meatgrinder...
Don't forget organ harvesting, child abductions and human smuggling.
DeleteMeh. I'll believe it when I see it. This was always going to be a war until someone quits, and neither side seems ready to call it.
ReplyDeletedidn't reach the first line of defense? how old is this? they've had breakthough to the 3rd line of defense in 4 places.
ReplyDeletedo people expect the ukranians to run headlong into minefields that are miles wide? that's some russian-levels of stupid. there are columns of russian BMP's where one hits a mine,,, the one behind it veers a little left or right and guns it...only to hit another mine. and they lose dozens of APC's and crews that way. whole colims of vehicles figure the guy in front of them was just unlucky and not going fast enough...
Nothing like advertising "The Coming Spring Surge" for a couple months so your enemy has tome to preparefor your arrival
ReplyDeletech
So...can we have our billion$ back? Asking for a broke-ass country.
ReplyDeleteBeale is pushing the Russian propaganda line. The Ukrainians are through the 1st line in at least two places. They are now approaching Tokmak, which is on the way to Melitopol. In the Donbas, one thrust is already well to the east of Donetsk, and Bakhmut is almost surrounded.
ReplyDeleteThere are good many people, like Beale, pushing the Putinist line, and all them are spewing lies. On Putin's war, Beale, Johnson, Mersheimer, MacGregor, are nothing but midwits unable to separate truth from fiction.
