That sounds about right. Notice how the waves are only a few inches high. It's a lake or river, not an ocean, nor in a busy port. If it was in the first world, they'd get a barge to fit the container and tow the barge with the boat, but in the third world, you make do with what you have.
I wonder whether they'll find a crane to lift the container to shore at the destination. It might have been smarter to open the container and load the goods into the boat separately instead of taking the shipment container and all, but the container provides protection from water splashes, weather, and theft.
I'd like to see how they loaded that. If the boat sinks, the container will float for a while.

DeleteI would say they picked it up at a port, a crane loaded it, at their taking it to a town upriver in shallower water. But that’s just me.
