  3. How will this be combating crime? Anyone caught will just be turned loose again, just a minor inconvenience

The Progressive asshole can't be seen by his Liberal Hollywood turds as a pro-social justice white, but oppressor of people of color by backing common sense laws so he turns into a smiling gestapo head Heinrich Müller to appease the taxpaying capitalist, big store business owing, campaign fund donating billionaires.

  5. And how, pray tell, is CHP going to prevent a gang of a dozen dindus. who are just itching to be "oppressed" in order to win the ghetto lottery, from strolling out of Neiman Marcus with a grocery sack full of Estee Lauder and Louis Vuitton? What if each of them pinches just $949 worth? L.A. is dead. Newsom and his cronies signed the death warrant.

    1. Just checking: is that $949 INCLUDING sales tax? It would not be fair to charge taxes in their hard work.

  9. I love irony....such as Desantis offering to aid Newsom, and California, after the flooding....

  11. 75 CHP were just sent to SanFran for the same reason; makes my commute that much easier. On a similar note, FedGov is abandoning SF for a "safer" locale-OAKLAND.

  12. If your policy is to let them walk out the door, what are the additional police for? I guess they need to file the insurance forms faster.

  13. Turn the Franchise Tax Board loose on the thieves. The FTB truly does not have a soul and I suspect no one is declaring the stolen goods as income. Thefts aren't being stopped by laws, maybe they'll be stopped by bureaucracy.
