Did he think he was at Walmart or what?

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis Police Department has arrested and charged a man they say stole a television from a hotel room.

    "Memphis" and "stolen TV" are all that is needed to spoil the surprise. Mugshot is redundant. Yep, Boo Boo, it's "them" again.
