when I live back in philly, there was a section 8 house across the street from me. the old lady passed on and investors got it. anyway, the people who got it next brought a basketball hoop like the one in number 2. I had to work, left the house at 6 am every day. the brothers played ball until 2-3 in the morning (?) guess they didn't work ? anyway, after a week of this non stop bullshit every night, I decided to do something about it. got a glass hypo and filled it with acid. and every morning I left for work, I would put a drop or two on each of the bolts/nuts holding it together. took almost 2 weeks for it to fall apart. peace at night now. they never put it back together. dave in pa.
muriatic acid, you have to let it get stronger. like boil it a bit to get the water out of it since it was summer, I put the bottle out in the sun on the blacktop and just waited about 2-3 days with the lid off. the acid dropped down to about 1/2 half of what it was and smelled nasty as hell. tried it out on some old steel scrap and it bubbled up real nice and seem to work. so, that is what I used. it worked though. dave in pa.
