Newsom signs law barring schoolbook bans based on racial, gender teachings

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill Monday to ban school boards from rejecting textbooks based on their teachings about the contributions of people from different racial backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities.

But banning books that don't follow their agenda is okay, right?

    California used to be known as "The Land of Fruits and Nuts"; now we can say that it's become "The Land of the Nazi Psychopaths."

    Help me figure this out....they want to fine school districts that ban the "letter people" books that promote homos and lessies like "Gender Queer", but you'll not see any Playboys, Hustlers, or Qui's in school libraries. Shouldn't we Heteros be getting equal time?
