    1. I did that with a track loader once. No ROPS either. Really scary for about two seconds.
      I won't do that again!

    2. Also helps when your ramps are capable of carrying your machine without failing or falling off.

    3. #1 didn't lock the steering brakes together

    4. I'll bet it was the boss's pickup too.

    5. Matthew, I see you are correct. Looks like the far ramp failed. I watched and saw the wheels stop turning. Looked like he started to slide and locked em up. I have seen that happen before especially on wet metal, so figured it was happening again.

    6. I've had that happen before too. It was raining pretty hard and the front end slid off while I was trying to hurry up and get the damn thing off. I've hauled a lot of equipment so it wasn't the first time shit went wrong but it was particularly freaky because I was on the side of a freeway and there were cars going 70mph past me while I slid down the ramps sideways. One more reason why I hate driving trucks.

  2. #3 That's what ya call two retards. I've seen that happen many times. Mainly city people coming to the country and playing lumberjack.

    1. It's kind of hard to see. the guy was riding along with his feet stretched out behind him ( planking).
The motorcycle with the white fairing has small blue flashing lights on it.
I don't know if that was particularly illegal, unless he was speeding too, but it would probably be " improper operation of a motor vehicle" ( a catch all that I got whacked with once when I wouldn't fess up to how fast I was going ).

    3. That has to be painful; a dresser just as fast as your crotch rocket.

  4. #3 Absolutely no excuse for not moving the ATV.
    #8 Fixed it!
Funny thing, the more I think and the less I rush the less things go wrong.

    1. #2 -- dough too wet, and not enough corn meal (or rice flour) on the peel. Every beginning wood fired oven baker does it once.

    2. #2 - You put it in slowly, then pull it out quickly; not the other way around.
      Everyone knows that...

    1. Haven't heard that name in forever. Had that happen to me in a campground cabin once when I turned on the AC. Apparently there'd been a good dust storm the day before.

#10: Going down the highway one rainy day, having slowed down some because so much water on the road, was passed by some idiot going a LOT faster. About 1/4 mile down the road, he was in the middle of the median, about as stuck as you can be.

    1. Going too fast for conditions - got to watch Mr. I'm-In-A-Hurry take off from a light turning green . Unobstructed view of what was ahead...a broken water main spewing water onto the highway, temps below freezing so a nice layer of ice. When he hit the ice spot he slammed on his brakes and spun in circles until he hit the side of the concrete bridge. No sooner did the vehicle stop than he was out of the vehicle doing an Angry Dance. Still laugh when I think about it.

  13. #1- I was going to say 'yeah, it's a Case'
But, the dumbass either didn't lock both brake pedals together or didn't know about steering with brakes.

  14. #6- That motorcycle was moving...pay attention to how fast those lane stripes were going by...way in excess of 100mph. Then pay attention to how fast his head whips back when he untucked from behind that tiny fairing. The clip may have ended there because at that speed the wind may well have ripped him of the bike when he sat up.

  15. #3: "I told you not to park there."

#4: Ahh to be that age when you just don't know yet. Finding out really is half the fun.

#5: When you say, "God, give me a sign."

#7: It's funny, when we're young, a drop like that wouldn't faze us one bit. But here I am in my 40s and not wanting to jump down more than 18 inches. She's strong and in shape, she should be fine. Hopefully the floor's padded.
