CHICAGO — A Chicago woman who prosecutors accused of burglarizing the Gold Coast Lululemon store more than 30 times has been handed a two-year sentence.
Generally as time served while you're awaiting trial, but I have no clue as to how she got 371 days credit after only spending 9 months in jail unless it was a misprint and they meant to say 271 days.
Not allowing employees to stop shoplifting because "it's only merchandise" will result in those same employees losing their jobs when the store closes due to theft.
