My brother worked in a car dealer during high school. They used the washing wands from the cleaning bay, just like that, to get insides of the trade-ins so clean.
#9 - I hooked up with a 'professional' in college who had both of those frying pans. She told me that the first one was for cooking a breakfast bonus for customers and the second was for anyone who threatened to hurt her daughter. Now that I think about it (many decades later,) she never cooked breakfast for me... #10 - He's over a mile from the detonation...wow.
#9 - I took a karate class for a while and one of the students was a woman that always brought her two children. The kids were very well behaved and she'd always talk to them quietly as they packed to leave. One day I was close enough to hear what she was saying. Part of it was "Remember, don't tell Daddy where we were tonight, it's going to be a surprise." I think the lady in #9 is preparing a surprise for someone, too.
#10 The ammo depo in Danang was blown up in 69. We were several miles away. When something big blew you would see the explosion and the waves would come. Pretty cool to watch. Same same when they bombed Charlie Ridge with B 52's. You would see many flashes, then later would come a rumble and the waves.
#3 .... sometimes you need to get rid of DNA ... the hose works best.

ReplyDeleteI love to see idiots inflicting severe pain on themselves. Does that make me a sadist or just a schadenfreude addict?
