  1. From what I've seen of cigarette prices, that likely amounts to two cartons of cigarettes. When I quit smoking in the late seventies/early eighties, a pack of cigs was 30-35 cents. and a carton could be had for less than three dollars.

  4. A friend was out of Marlboro Lights, so went into a C-store in 90%+ black West Charlotte. Asked for them. Nope. Winston Lights? Nope. Woman clerk sez, "Son, you're in a Menthol Neighborhood."

  5. When I saw a thing somewhere about banning flavored tobacco products the first thing I thought was "let the Newport thefts begin." LOL

  7. Menthol cigs are big with the Brothers and now as of March 2023, over 170 U.S. communities have implemented laws prohibiting the sale of menthol and other flavored tobacco products. So in a few years you'll see an unopened pack of Newports on Antique Road Show valued at $50,000 then you'll see Blacks selling their Gold chains and pulling their Gold filled teeth out to bid on it.
