CORDOVA, Tenn. (WMC) - Shelby County Sheriff’s Office confirms that a woman who was convicted of killing her boyfriend, a Memphis police officer, in 2006 has been rearrested after allegedly attempting to kill her current boyfriend.
Maybe the 1st deceased boyfriend was a real douchebag and people weren't all that unhappy to see him gone ? Local D.A.s don't appear very motivated to indict unless there is solid evidence to lead to a conviction.
Either Monique is really bad at picking boyfriends, or she is batshit crazy. Perhaps both? I'm thinking we would all be better off if she was kept out of public circulation.
I'd think that "batshit crazy" and "really bad at picking boyfriends" probably go hand in hand. So it's more likely both.
And I'm uncertain if society in general would be better off if she was locked up. She appears to only be a danger to her boyfriends. And if she only gets involved with bad cops who beat her?
Maybe we're all a little better off WITH her influence on society. Just don't date her. or don't be a complete asshat. You'll be fine! Well, *I'll* be fine anyway. I understand that those two conditions might be beyond some people. (yeah, just being contrary. Sorry, I guess "being a complete asshat" is beyond my abilities too sometimes ;)
