Your Tuesday Morning Florida Report

PALM COAST, Fla. – A 76-year-old Palm Coast woman was arrested Saturday, accused of speeding away from the scene of a crash with another driver clutching to the hood of her SUV, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
