And I thought my dad was strict

A Chicago man with a concealed carry license fatally shot his own 16-year-old son in front of three witnesses, prosecutors said during a detention hearing at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse this afternoon. 

Judge David Kelly ordered Leon Taylor, 33, detained to await trial on a charge of first-degree murder.

    How does that song go? He grew up just like me, the boy was just like me... but he didn't shoot himself. He shot his son at the age his father conceived him...

    A 33 yr. old daddy with a 16 yr. old kid? Bingo, a mug shot confirms it, but at least we see a black father for once. On the bright side, whatever that evil that little miscreant was up to I bet he won't do it again.

      I doubt Chicago concealed carry licenses go to model citizens. They go to those with political connections - but there is very little difference between political connections and the other kind of connections.
