If you look deep enough into the 2,000-page proposal mandating this income tiered electric billing bullshit you'll find millionaires like all the Hollywood assholes, doctors, lawyers, politicians, Social Media and computer company owner/directors will be exempt.
And the rate structure would involve monthly fees that are unrelated to actual consumption, so NO ONE would have any incentive to conserve electricity.
Imma gonna run an extension cord to my rich neighbor so that he gets to, for cheap, use as much electricity as he wants. For Ten Percent of course.
