Commentary: Jobs Report Shows Cracks in Labor Market That Could Bring Down the Entire Economy

Cracks in the labor market and the broader economy continue to emerge. The October jobs report released Friday morning reveals that only 150,000 jobs were created last month, below expectations and well below the recent average. August and September job creation was revised down by more than 100,000, taking the sheen off the September jobs report.

  1. What? The economy will collapse? Nah, that's just anti-Bidenonomics propaganda.

  2. Things which are unsustainable can not be sustained. A meritocracy will emerge from the failures of entitlements. The government creates nothing but debt, and the growth of government has been completely unchecked. You simply can not borrow your way to prosperity. Better days are ahead for those who are willing to work hard for it. But there aren't many of us left, and we're running out of patience.

  3. Sounds like we "need" a war. Put people to work making things to be destroyed. Digging holes, so someone else can be employed to fill them in again.
But now we're at the point it's all internet based, less bodies needed. Until the internet doesn't work. Now not only do we need the bodies, but the bodies are worthless how to do the job the way it used to be done.
Black market (for a while), Book of Eli, and Starvation here we come.

    1. I thought the same thing, but I know the why. The jobs report is brought out to fanfare and cheering from the media. Then later, when nobody is paying attention, they downgrade it, to the real numbers. It is no mistake, it is a political game, that the only winner can be the clown in the people's White House.

    2. It seems they always put the downward revisions in the fine print.
