A federal judge blocked California's ban on gun shows at county fairs on Monday, ruling that the state is violating the rights of sellers and would-be buyers by prohibiting transactions for firearms that can be bought at any gun shop.

More shitty reporting. I've been to a bunch of gun shows at county fairgrounds, but I've never heard of one at an actual county fair.
Still, I do enjoy watching the State of California and Gov. Newsom getting bitch-slapped.
I agree with you Ken, shitty reporting, sort of... I think the writer wants to trigger people to fear gun sales happening while they are enjoying a fair, by making it seem concurrent.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that there is a LOT of satisfaction seeing Newscum's CA get spanked time after time.
In MD, many/most of our gun shows, lame as they may be, are held at fair grounds, but never during an actual county/state fair.
Oddly, our largest fairground, the "State Fairgrounds" at Timonium, is owned and operated by a private company called "The State Fair".

The State of California is batting 0 for 20 in the most recent 2A cases brought against them.
ReplyDeleteBut they don't care. It's not their money they're wasting. Bastards.
The bitch slapping will continue until the assholes in CA government realize they aren't going to get away with their bullshit
ReplyDeleteJD
It's a "crime against humanity" to make them, actually, dig their own graves.
DeleteI saw a news report yesterday where some SoCal High School campus was on lock down because several students had been stabbed. I laughed as I thought to myself, See, gun control does work.
ReplyDeleteLet's see just what new "Special Requirements" the CA state, county and local governments come up with for gun shows.
ReplyDeleteLiability insurance, extra "security", etc.
I was surprised that it wasn't Judge Benitez. He is THE MAN in this state.
ReplyDeleteNewsom just wants to shoot the constitutional MoFo. LOL
DeleteI think I have made this observation before. The gun shows in TN are lame affairs after having attended many in TX during my stay there. I told her that the next time I suggest going, just tell me to walk around the yard for an hour or so after depositing $25 in a jar by the door. About as productive.
ReplyDeleteThey had one at the Macon County fairgrounds 2-3 weeks ago. I spent more time standing in line at the grocery store on my way home than I did at the show. It was terrible.
