My very first Grateful Dead concert was on August 4, 1976, at Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City, NJ. This was a show which originally had been scheduled for July 2nd, but got rescheduled. Remarkably, somehow this is one of their only concerts from before the digital era for which there's complete (well, nearly complete) footage. That footage includes a pretty poor mono audio soundtrack. But a soundboard recording of the show's songs also exists. So I decided to give myself the project of marrying up the two. Took a couple of days, but it was worth it.

  2. Another thank you! I also saw them at Roosevelt Stadium once. I think it was 73? Not sure, I don't remember much for some strange reason, lol. Rick
