Help for Doug over at The DaleyGator, please

My name is Michael, although I go by Doug, my middle name. I act as care giver for mom, and the bills are, well....... I am getting unable to keep up, property taxes, and annual taxes on the car are due soon. Utilities, phone, groceries, my moms health insurance, gas, etc. It has buried us frankly. I need some help, looking to just get caught up. I bet a lot of y'all feel the same. 

If you can help, it will be appreciated deeply, I am thanking y'all for any help you can give.
