Looks like a Mercedes 126 chassis. Tire shops are notorious for over-tightening lug bolts, in part because the chart on their wall is incorrect. I've seen foot-pounds and Newton-meters interchanged, resulting in the lug bolts being tightened 50% more than required. If the car owner catches it, the tire shop will end up paying for 20 new Mercedes lug-bolts, which erases any profit the tire shop might have made on the sale.
