It was nice of the government to do that for him

SAN ANTONIO – An inmate at the Dominguez State Jail in Bexar County has been accused of attempting to coerce five young girls into sex while behind bars.

Bishoy Mina Elkhaliny, 36, is charged with online solicitation of a minor under 14 years of age, a second-degree felony, according to Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar.

The inmate allegedly used his state jail-issued iPad to contact and solicit nude photos from five young girls, Salazar said during a Friday press conference.

  1. OK, yes, that's weird. I'd like to know where on earth they're from.

  3. “In the state of Texas, there was a change to the law that you can be married to your cousin but can’t have sexual relations with your cousin,” Salazar said.

    Huh?

    2. I'm from Atlanta and loathe when people make jokes about cousin-dating Southerners. I fucked a couple of mine, but I never took them anywhere.

In fact, I'm so Southern that at one time in his life my father was, by law, his own first cousin.

  6. It's worse than this article indicates. On his original 2016 charge-

"Bishoy Elkhaliny was being held in the Bexar County Jail without bond on a burglary charge related to a June 2016 incident, in which he had been accused of breaking into an apartment and assaulting his then-girlfriend.
The 30-year-old man who was arrested in January after he was accused of beating a woman unconscious and then raping her is set to be released from jail without having to pay bail, according to Bexar County Jail officials.
That case was dismissed Monday for a lack of evidence. Elkaliny still faces a charge of aggravated assault with severe bodily injury and is being investigated for a possible sexual assault charge, stemming from an alleged attack against a different former girlfriend, Kaila Kutzik. She said on Dec. 30 Elkaliny beat, raped and held her captive for several days at his home in the San Antonio development of Stone Oak."

  8. Bexar County, San Antonio. My lifelong home.

It seems like such a nice, normal place, until you overturn a few stones and you find this shite.

BTW, ignore the 'x' in 'Bexar'. It's pronounced like "bear", or even "bar". If you refer to "Becks-are" county you are going to be challenged with, "Y'all ain't from around here, are ya."

  9. Called San Antonio "home" for 30 years or so; loved it. Wouldn't dream of living in Bexar County today. Merry Christmas all, regards, Alemaster
