Looks like somebody discovered Granddad's copy of The Anarchist's Cookbook
(WKRN) — An armed Dollar General robbery in Houston County took an even more concerning turn after investigators discovered the makings of explosives in the suspect’s basement.
I ran into the author of a 5 volume series of improvised weapons years back. He covered everything up to biological warfare (homegrown anthrax and bubonic plague). Biochemist that got fucked over by wife, boss, and the courts all within 6 months. After 9/11 the DHS shut him down.
I'm gonna have to check the statistics and see how much crime is committed in that hell hole compared to the rest of Texas.
ReplyDeleteUnless you know what you are doing, homemade explosives are a really bad idea. Even in the safest chemical plants, shit happens from time to time.
ReplyDeleteHeh. My son found my copy in high school. Appropriated it. Returned some of the knowledge during his tour as a marine in Fallujah...
ReplyDeleteI still have a copy somewhere around here
ReplyDeleteI had books #1 and #2, those were the days of actual freedom here in the good old US...... Damn I miss those days

So did you plan the blown up pressure cooker in the picture above ? Or was it a fortunate accident?
ReplyDeleteFrom what I read, most of those recipes were more likely to kill the person making the stuff than to achieve the desired outcome.
