Not in my 'hood!

An armed robber who fired a “machine gun” while struggling with a male victim on the Northwest Side met his match when a female bystander intervened and pinned both men to the ground until Chicago police arrived. Kamahri Blount, 19, is now detained to await trial after appearing before Judge Susana Ortiz.

  7. Note that they DIDN'T charge him with possession of an illegal firearm by a person under 21, (and likely ineligible) nor (if it was real) possession of a class 3 firearm.

  8. No charge for illegal possession of an automatic weapon? Likely the CWB and/or the po-LICE can't tell the difference between semi and full auto.
