I make a good apple pie. Same way Kent does it. Lots a good recipies and tips from this guy. The splash of water then cover once my eggs are crisp on the edges is a godsend. I put just a touch of water in the lid and slap in on the pan all ta once. Tomorrow I'm cookin a standing rib roast. I aint a ho ho ho kind a guy but the price is best around holidays.
