Well, the name of the place is Chopt, right?

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. - A customer has filed a lawsuit against the fast-casual chain Chopt over a salad that she says contained a piece of the manager’s finger.

The lawsuit filed Monday by Allison Cozzi of Greenwich, Connecticut, alleges that she bought a salad at a Chopt location in Mount Kisco, New York, on April 7, 2023, and realized while eating it that "she was chewing on a portion of a human finger that had been mixed in to, and made a part of, the salad."

  2. To quote comedian Larry Miller on the story of a customer finding a finger in a bowl of Wendy's chili -

"What do you expect for 99 cents . . . trout?"

  3. Years ago, we finished a project in Des Moines and our boss took us out for a nice dinner at a fancy steak house. I wasn't really hungry, so I just ordered a spinach salad.

I got about a third of the way through it and discovered a dirty and used band-aid under a leaf of spinach.

I kinda lost my appetite after that.

  4. And the day before she found a used Band Aid in her salad. “Well, the Band Aid was holding the piece of finger on…….”
