(WKRN) — While investigating a deadly shooting in Hickman County, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) ended up charging the victim’s son in connection with the shooting death of the suspect in the first incident.
I'm really tired of the half educated bringing up "an eye for an eye" as if it was a call to be blood thirsty. Do you have any concept of what the situation was like when "an eye for an eye" was given? If you accidently maimed my son, I would kill you, kill your sons, and take your wives and daughters as sex slaves. "An Eye for an Eye" was to tone down the amount of violence, not ramp it up.
Anonymous, it's another way of saying "Make the punishment fit the crime." Just you can't burn your neighbor's house down because he scratches your car.
Says the city guy who lives shoulder to shoulder with thousands more just like you, surrounded by gangbangers and thieves. I'll take the hillbillies any day. In short, kiss my country ass.
You're dumber than an extra large bag of hammers, lmao When are you going to post pictures of your sweaty dirty feet for me, Keneth? I'm going to keep harrasing you until you do.
Wait a freaking minute. Guy kills his neighbor, and he's not in jail. Clearly, the son decided somebody better pay for killing his dad. That's the problem in this country, there ain't any freaking justice.
Anon @ 1300 & 1352: If you're gonna rag someone, and call them by NAME at least spend the time to LEARN TO SPELL IT CORRECTLY, you halfwit, peterpuffing pedophile. Apologies Kenneth, God bless you and yours.
He's one of my more persistent trolls. I call him Mr lmao because he's so fucking juvenile he says that in most of his comments, and he calls me Kenneth because he thinks my name irritates me. He never adds anything meaningful to the conversation, just childish insults, so I usually delete them out to keep him from getting the attention his mother never gave him, but this was too good not to post.
There was a story out of Macon County a couple of years ago. A person died; sometime later, his house was burglarized and a bunch of stuff taken. The cops did nothing. Sometime later, several relatives of the dead guy took the burglar out in the woods, beat the shit out of him, and (reportedly) left him to die. They were, of course arrested. But, I still see them walking around with no apparent consequences. If I had been on the jury, they would have walked.
Gotta love Macon County. One of the truck drivers at the Safeway warehouse was originally from Tennessee and when I told him I was moving here, he told me to keep one thing in mind - If Tennessee folks like you, they'll do anything they can for you. If they don't like you, they'll do anything they can TO you.
Construction is booming in Florida, begging for workers what is a 32 year old fighting over food card
ReplyDeleteForget it Jake, it's the Tennessee Hills
ReplyDeleteA clear case of "An eye for an eye".
ReplyDeleteWe could all embrace the Code of Hammurabi. Would clean up quite a lot of the mess we're in.
